Refund policy

Returns & Replacements

We want you to love your JHATAK. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.

Eligible for return/replacement:

  • Damaged or broken jars on arrival
  • Wrong product received
  • Quality issues (unusual appearance, smell, or texture)

Time window: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Process:

  1. Email us at hello@jhatak.in with your order ID and photos
  2. We'll review and respond within 24-48 hours
  3. If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened jars without a genuine quality issue
  • Products damaged due to improper storage
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • "Too spicy" complaints (that's kind of the point 🔥)
