Returns & Replacements
We want you to love your JHATAK. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.
Eligible for return/replacement:
- Damaged or broken jars on arrival
- Wrong product received
- Quality issues (unusual appearance, smell, or texture)
Time window: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Process:
- Email us at hello@jhatak.in with your order ID and photos
- We'll review and respond within 24-48 hours
- If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened jars without a genuine quality issue
- Products damaged due to improper storage
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- "Too spicy" complaints (that's kind of the point 🔥)
